On Tuesday, October 27 Salesforce welcomed their friends, customers and partners at the global online event - Salesforce Live Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey and Mediterranean, where all the guests could join numerous sessions throughout the day to learn from Trailblazers, partners and Salesforce experts. The participants had a chance to hear the company’s product vision, get hands-on with demos, watch breakout sessions, and connect virtually with technology experts, solution partners, and like-minded peers.
The opening keynote by Hrvoje Supic, regional Vice President, Central and Eastern Europe, Salesforce has underlined the necessity of digital transformation in the unprecedented circumstances of the pandemic. The variety of sessions including Customer 360 Trail, Data Analytics and Integration Trail, Industries Trail and Partners Trail has elaborated this opinion. Salesforce experts shared their insights on B2B marketing, smart customer service and on how small and medium businesses can grow with Salesforce. The Analytics Trail covered MuleSoft, Tableau and Einstein tools. And the Partners trail featured Deloitte, Vokswagen, IBM and others with their inspiring success stories of seamless customer experience, becoming a data-driven company, global expansions, growth acceleration and successful digital transformation with Salesforce. The event platform covered some fun and entertaining modules like the Mindfulness Trail and even a Trailblazer Quest.
